What data is processed and why

This website has no forms or user registration and does not collect data by itself. Only the data you provide when you contact the artist by email, phone or WhatsApp (name, email, phone number and the content of your message) is processed, for these purposes:

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To manage the sale of an artwork or a workshop registration, if you request it.

The website also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregated visit statistics. It works without cookies and without building profiles of visitors.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when you write or call and, if there is a purchase or registration, on the performance of that agreement.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the conversation or commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, tax records if there is a sale).

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. If you contact by email or WhatsApp, your messages go through those platforms' services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to lidicecreative@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
